French Beans with
Mushroom Sauce |
|
Ingredients: |
• ½ kg French beans
• 1 packet Nutriact
• 1 teaspoon miso paste
• Corn kernels
• Raisins
• Seaweed powder or white sesame seeds
• Sesame oil |
|
Directions: |
1. Immerse French beans in boiling water until cooked. Drain and set
aside.
2. Mix Nutriact, miso paste and a few drops of sesame oil to make a
sauce.
3. Sprinkle some corn kernels, raisins and a little seaweed powder
or white sesame seeds on the cooked four season beans, according to
individual preference.
4. The sauce can be poured on the beans, or dipped in. |

These refreshing jade-green cold noodles with a special Nutriact

Ingredients: |
• 1 serving spinach noodles
• 2 tablespoons Japanese light soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon Nutriact
• Seaweed strips |

Directions: |
1. Cook spinach noodles in boiling water. Remove and drain.
2. Rinse the noodles in ice-cold water. Remove and drain.
3. For dipping sauce: mix light soy sauce, Nutriact and some water.
4. Garnish noodles with seaweed strips and serve. |

who like their food spicy may wish to add wasabi to the sauce. |

Directions: |
1. Cook red dates and wolfberries in boiling water.
2. Add wild yam.

and serve. |
