Refresh Pearl Bubble Tea
Here is a cool and chewy beverage that is perfect for chilling out.
Ingredients:
200g tapioca pearls 2 packets Refresh 1 tablespoon honey Lemon juice 2-3 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Cook tapioca pearls in a pot of hot water and stir continuously so that they will not stick together. Once the water boils, switch to
low heat and cook for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let it stand for 30 minutes. Rinse tapioca pearls in cold water. Drain and
set aside.
2. Mix Refresh, honey and a little lemon juice in cold water (the amount of water depends on your preference). Scoop tapioca pearls
into a glass and pour in the Refresh Pearl Bubble Tea. Add ice cubes to serve.
